Cancellation Policy
Fully refundable cancellations must be made 72 hours before the scheduled pickup; after that time, only 50% will be refunded. (All refunds will deduct return transfer fee of 2%) Drivers are fully certified to transport by CTAA standards and the City of Chicago; Elite Trans United, Inc. is fully able to transport non emergency medical clients and holds a commercial insurance policy. Will Call clients must call driver before 5:00pm; if transportation is after 5pm, there will be an "after hours" fee of $35 per hour. (only applies if client is not ready by 5pm) Clients have a 15 minute grace period to enter the NEMT vehicle once the driver arrives at pickup &/or drop-off destination. Clients will be charged $7.50 every fifteen minutes thereafter for 2 hours; after that time if client still has not entered the vehicle, driver(s) will released from trip. (Fee Waived for Dialysis Clients) All passengers must wear masks due to COVID-19; no exceptions.
